In the atmosphere of starting the new year, on February 6, the leaders of the Group - Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union visited and sent New Year greetings to the leaders and employees of the Southern Textile and Garment Corporation - Vinatex (VSC).

     Mr. Nguyen Hung Quy - General Director of VSC said that in 2024, the labor situation at VSC had positive changes with the close connection between workers and the factory. In particular, after the Lunar New Year holiday, nearly 100% of workers returned to work. Vinatex Bac Lieu factory has now stabilized production, Vinatex Can Tho and Kien Giang factories are also striving to complete the set targets. The Corporation will continue to implement new policies to attract workers and increasingly improve production capacity.

     Mr. Quy shared that in 2025, VSC will continue to implement the strategy of accelerating production from the first quarter of the year. With a high spirit of determination, the Corporation aims to strongly promote production activities, creating momentum for outstanding development in the following years.

     On the occasion of the New Year, Chairman of the Board of Directors Le Tien Truong, on behalf of the Group's leadership, sent meaningful New Year greetings to all employees of VSC. Chairman Le Tien Truong commended and highly appreciated the outstanding efforts of the Board of Directors and employees of VSC during the difficult period of the early years of establishment. In particular, in the past 3 years, VSC's production and business activities have made strong progress, achieving impressive business results. In 2024, VSC entered the top of the most profitable enterprises in the entire Group, affirming its capacity and development potential. This achievement is not only a recognition of the efforts of the staff but also a solid foundation for VSC to continue to develop even more strongly in the future.

     The leaders of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group expect that in 2025, VSC will continue to promote its internal strength, becoming one of the units with important contributions to the overall development of the Group; at the same time, aiming for a position in the top 5 units with the best production and business efficiency of the Group by 2030.
