The grassroots Party cell of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation - Vinatex was established under Decision No. 904-QD/DUTĐ, dated December 19, 2018 of the Party Committee of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group with a starting point of 05 Party members.

     After 06 years of establishment and development, although affected by many difficulties such as epidemics, fluctuating labor situation, ... However, the grassroots Party cell of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation - Vinatex has also focused on developing the quantity and quality of Party members. By October 2024, the number of Party members of the Party cell had reached more than 30 and was qualified to establish a Party Committee. Implementing Official Dispatch No. 1879-CV/DUTĐ dated October 10, 2024 of the Party Committee of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group on reporting and proposing a plan to establish and perfect the grassroots Party organization. The Party Committee of the Southern Textile and Garment Corporation - Vinatex Company Limited met and reported, proposed a plan to consolidate the Party Committee of the Southern Textile and Garment Corporation - Vinatex Company Limited to the Party Committee of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group.

     On November 8, 2024, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group issued Resolution No. 49-NQ/DUTD unanimously approving the plan to consolidate and establish a grassroots Party organization at the Party Committee of the Southern Textile and Garment Corporation - Vinatex Company Limited.
On December 6, 2024, the Party Committee of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group issued Decision No. 2033-QD/DUTĐ Decision to upgrade the Party Cell of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation Limited Company - Vinatex to the Party Cell of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation Limited Company - Vinatex and Decision No. 2034-QD/DUTĐ appointing the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation Limited Company - Vinatex, term 2020-2025, as follows:

     1. Comrade Nguyen Hung Quy, Party Cell Secretary, General Director of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation Limited Company - Vinatex holds the position of Party Committee Secretary;

     2. Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tram, Deputy Party Cell Secretary, Head of Brand and Legal Department of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation Limited Company - Vinatex holds the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary;

     3. Comrade Phung Hai Bang, Director of Vinatex Can Tho Garment Factory, holds the position of Member of the Party Executive Committee.

     In December 2024, the Party Committee of the Company Limited held a meeting to announce the Decision to upgrade the grassroots Party Cell to a grassroots Party Committee, the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Southern Textile and Garment Corporation - Vinatex Company Limited.
