     Through it all, then October 1, 2021 is an early October day that should have been normal like every year, but this year is special. It is a day when the people here are more motivated, the joy of returning to the small but precious ordinary things and gratitude. Grateful for the arduous journey of the people and the frontline against the epidemic, thanks for the silent sacrifices that do not need to be reciprocated. Although knowing that the epidemic has not been completely reversed, it is time to start a "new normal" life, everything needs to gradually return to its original trajectory, "to wake up" full of life. strong! After going through many difficulties and challenges, surely each of us has more or less changes in our own thinking. It is necessary, because we start a "new normal" life, we must also have "new and creative thinking" to adapt to the current situation. This is what the Board of Directors of the Corporation has done and wants to send a message to all employees of the Southern Textile Corporation - Vinatex (VSC). "New thinking, new creation" is to find new things, which may not be done by anyone, not accept the way, the stereotype. If you want to be successful, leading the times, you must constantly innovate, create, and always find your own directions.

     In the past time, VCS's leadership has had creative thoughts and directions, when from the early days of the epidemic started to break out under the direction of Chairman Pham Phu Cuong, the General Director - Mr. Nguyen Hung Quy has directly implemented and built the Production model "Safety - Natural 5K + D + F". While the epidemic is complicated, many places have implemented social distancing, and businesses have stopped operating, the Board of Directors still directed to speed up working from home, planning three on-site production, speeding up vaccination, speeding up for employees to receive support packages under Resolution 68, establishing the Covid Prevention and Control Committee. Directing important issues remotely, building plans, business strategies, meetings on production management, market, salary, Covid prevention meeting, meeting with the Communication - Brand Department, ... In addition, the Corporation is preparing to build its own fashion brand. It can be seen that while everyone is gradually sinking into "pessimism" and everything is becoming difficult, the General Director and the Board of Directors are strongly determined to become the "leader" to help VSC overcome " Hurricane". Up to the present time, it has shown that the decisions of the General Director are completely correct and correct. Three factories of the Corporation have returned to production in a relatively early time when successfully building a working model suitable for the new situation, while some other enterprises are still struggling. Productivity has also stabilized and showed positive signs, customers increasingly trust and come to VSC. For the office block also returned to work with a spirit of excitement and enthusiasm, during the past time the office block moved to work from home but still worked continuously so that the work would not be interrupted, Therefore, up to now, each employee has maintained the pace of work and accelerated further.

     In addition, the General Director directed and suggested that the leaders of the factories, heads and deputy heads of departments must constantly think and be more creative.      Even in the current situation, when realizing the huge flow of repatriates to the Western provinces after Saigon lifted the lockdown. Sympathizing and understanding with the difficulties of the repatriates, the General Director directed the Boards of Directors of the enterprises to develop plans to recruit workers, contributing to solving the influx of labor, sharing local welfare issues, creating jobs and stable incomes for people.
