Mr. Rajesh Bhagat said that Intex South Asia is a prestigious textile fair in South Asia, having held 9 exhibitions in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India since 2015, gradually asserting itself as one of the raw material sourcing exhibitions. leading international textile materials and products in South Asia.

Through the fairs have connected more than 35,000 buyers from more than 15 countries with more than 1350 textile suppliers. Worldex India has organized delegations of Indian textile enterprises to attend textile fairs in Vietnam.

The fair is organized by Worldex India Trade Promotion and Exhibition Company in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises of India. .

This year's exhibition features more than 100 leading textile suppliers in fiber, yarn, garment fabric, clothing accessories, dyes, chemicals. At the exhibition, businesses will have trade connections, introduce trends in colors, fabrics, fashion and opportunities for sourcing materials for the next years.

Besides the exhibition, there will be a series of events, seminars and business forums to exchange information about the market in South Asia and the world textile industry.

The Vietnamese delegation had enterprises participating in the exhibition of fashion items, fabrics, fibers and accessories for the textile industry, including Mai Mai Service and Trading Co., Ltd; Max Blue Vietnam Company and Beevalue Imported Manufacturing Company.

According to the data of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, the export turnover of textiles, fibers - yarns and raw materials for textiles and apparel, footwear from Vietnam to India in the first 10 months of 2022 reached more than 350 million USD, up 55.22 % over the same period last year.
