Ford overhauled Gucci's minimalist image and made the brand more vibrant, with nostalgic and sensual inspiration. During his tenure, he helped the company's revenue increase from 230 million to 3 billion.
Ford made a splash for his own brand when he posed in a Tom Ford underwear between Scarlett Johansson and Keira Knightley on the 2006 Vanity Fair cover.

In the late 90s and early 2000s, McQueen was a designer with fan's attention. Not only promoting but also crossing the boundaries of the fashion possibilities of that time, McQueen made a name for himself at Givenchy and then into his own fashion house.
McQueen is not shy about being from a low class and has always proved himself to be a distinctive high-fashion designer. One of his shows featured a model with a disability, as she catwalked on wooden feet.
“You have to know the rules to break them. That's why I'm here, breaking the rules while preserving tradition, ”famous designer Alexander McQueen says of his outrageous designs.
McQueen died at the age of 40 after longtime friend Isabella Blow and his mother died.

After apprenticeships with Thierry Mugler, Christian Dior and Guy Laroche, Alaia started her own fashion line in the early 1980s. His designs specifically hugged the body, accentuating his sexy figure and slim waistline. The New York Times called him "the physique sculptor of the women."
Alaia is known to be straightforward. He criticized fashion legends such as Vogue's Anna Wintour for her style and designer Karl Lagerfeld, who he said "never had a cutlery."
On November 18, 2017, Alaia was announced to have passed away.

Lagerfeld is recognized as one of the most influential fashion designers in history. Throughout his life, Lagerfeld created smart, sexy and trendy designs for Chanel, Fendi, Chloe, etc.
On February 19, 2019, it was announced that the typical fashion designer had passed away in Paris.

Diane von Furstenberg is known to be an ambitious designer who started a phenomenon, once believed to have made more than 15,000 wrap dresses per week.
Von Furstenberg shared with New York Magazine in 1988: “I've got a very simple product, my swaddle is really a uniform. It was just a plain cotton dress that everyone would love to wear. That dress sold about three or four million pieces.
