Nanit, a company that makes the most advanced child monitoring and testing equipment, has revealed a new artificial intelligence parent app tool - Smart Sheets - the first bed sheet to allow a parent. Mom measures her children's height and follows their development using Nanit's computer vision technology. The company will roll out features like growth charts and growth time lapse video aggregation for children later this year.
Measuring a continuously moving baby with a tape measure is difficult and often inaccurate. With Smart Sheets (smart sheets) and Nanit's award-winning HD camera, parents can now easily track and monitor your baby's growth and height. Parents simply put their baby or toddler on a Smart Sheet in the crib and let Nanit do the task. Parents use in-app tools (feature in the dynamic device app) to mark the baby's key measuring points, then Nanit's advanced computer processes the baby's height measurement based on on the exclusive calibration templates printed on Smart Sheet.

Parents can see their child's height measurements in real time in Nanit's app, which can then store those measurements and track their growth over time. Other features including growth charts and developmental time lapse video synthesis will be rolling out later this year.

Smart Sheets are safe and effective without any sensors or electronics on your baby's skin or crib. Nanit Smart Sheets are made from 100% cotton material, machine washable and fit into standard crib mattresses. The product debuted in pebble green color, later this year the company will add some other colors.
